He is an occupational safety and health and security professional with over 15 years practical experience across industries (e.g. NGO, manufacturing, transportation, Security, Aviation, and legal). He is also a faculty member of the Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria (ISPON). He is a Certified Security And Safety Manager (CSSM) by Academy of Disaster and Safety Professionals, Certified OSH Professional by OSHAcademy, Certified OSH Specialist by OSHAcademy,certified by the British and Nigerian Red Cross as a First Aid Instructor and Trainer Assessor, Certified in HSE by ISPoN and also a member of the institute. He also possesses the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH), UK Working Safely Certificate of Competence. Desire is a certified Public Relations Practitioner and a graduate of Human Resources Management. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Professional Secretaries. He possesses over 15 years experienced in providing training in the following areas of specialty: 1. Occupational Safety and Health Training 2. Fire Safety 3.
